Service Desk
The Volante Service Desk is the core of our Managed Services activities. It is the front line for dealing with customer issues and the co-ordination arm for all activities related to Volante's service provision. Our people are skilled in all aspects of customer service, as well as being competent in basic ICT problem diagnosis in order to handle calls efficiently and effectively. Consistent call handling and resolution is key and we have developed sophisticated, ITIL-aligned processes to deal with all aspects of service delivery. Desktop Support
Volante's desktop management and support service transforms the humble personal computer into a major tool for improving productivity.
