| Crisis management is what happens once the
disaster has happened and the organisational infrastructure is
no longer functioning. Volante has helped a number of organisations
deal with their crises when they occur. From assessing how the
crisis impacts the business and prioritising areas to address
first, to managing customers and press, Volante works with organisations
to work through the crisis and beyond.
Volante also works with customers to test business continuity
plans, and coach them through managing the crises.
