Due to the effort involved in setting up and maintaining this facility by both the customer and Volante, information needs to be obtained about the value and feasibility of this option for the customer before proceeding. Approval for staff use of special pricing also needs to be sought from the appropriate vendor partner.

The purchase plans are managed by the Volante subsidiary businesses, PCSave. PCSave is an online and call centre based service for small business and end users to purchase IT equipment.
